In a way, Grade 6th in school is an iconic grade! A revolutionary phase in school time. First thing, it starts with ball pens, you have the privilege of letting go those big, ink sucker fountain pens and migrate to their sleek, dashing sibling, the ball point pens!
Well, to our little buddy, standard 6th has a bit more twist. It is the same class where deadliest course on the earth 'History' is introduced. And to add to woes, the English grammar got even more complicated, now got to deal with prepositions and tenses also.
Rewinds me back to my school days, our neighbour Mr. Ram Pal Vaid was probably the most over rated teacher in the locality. Sure enough, my Mom sent her dicey little boy to get some lessons on English from THE RP Vaid! As it turned out, Mr RPV was good in Maths too and I learnt that he was not that over rated, probably a bit strict. The summer classes with Master Ji went well.
13 years down the line, I found Mr RVP soaking up sunlight in a cool winter evening back home.Master Ji has now retired but he is still good to give me quite a lot of lessons and answer my unanswered questions. That's the experience of life, which no body can take away from you.
This is for all my teachers, lecturers, professors whose lessons I have jotted in the diary of my life.I am still a student for them and will always be an obedient one.
